I was looking into getting some wheel components chromed with a blue finish and came across Chrome Plating USA. It was after hours (9:00pm) so I emailed Alicia with my request. 40 seconds later my phone rang and it was Alicia. I must say I was SHOCKED!!! Not only did she educate me with what my options were she emailed me competitors of hers that specialize in what I was looking for. As you can see I do not review often, but this was a job well done…I can only imagine the service I would have received had I spent money with them. Customer service is alive and well at Chrome Plating USA Metal Polishing!!!

Alicia was great! They rechromed my 1983 jeep cj7 wheels, did a Beautiful job. They knew just what to do, will be back. Recommended!

Alicia was fast and responsive with best pricing in the area and best turn around time with quality chrome plating. Even offered a pick up and delivery service. I was completely blown away with the quality of service I received from any business. I definitely recommend this spot to everybody who needs chrome work done. You will not be disappointed!!!
